Mental Fitness is a core part of my coaching philosophy. Mastering your mind is the fundamental building block for mastering your life. Mental Fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive mindset rather than a negative mindset (getting angry, upset, or stressed). There are 3 key mental muscles that you will develop and grow while working with me:
