MY STORY

Here's something most people don't expect from a career coach: I still work as a Software Engineer in FinTech.

I'm not someone who left the industry a decade ago. I'm inside the same world you're in — navigating promotion cycles, leadership expectations, organisational politics, and the relentless pressure to perform.

That's not a footnote to my coaching credentials. It's the whole point.

My own journey started at Deutsche Bank, where I worked as a Software Engineer after completing my Computer Science degree at UCL. The role was exciting at first — but over time, I felt something was missing. I was performing well technically, but I had no real clarity on who I was, what I stood for, or where I was going.

After a year working with my own coach, I left Deutsche Bank, joined the New Entrepreneurs Foundation, and launched my first startup. I became obsessed with how the mind works — particularly my own — and eventually trained as a coach myself.

Today I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) qualification — one of the most respected in the industry — plus certifications in Gallup CliftonStrengths and Positive Intelligence.

I brought those qualifications back into the industry I know best — tech and FinTech — and built a coaching practice around the specific challenges that ambitious professionals in this world face.

The result is The Leadership OS: a 12-week programme that combines Gallup Strengths, Positive Intelligence, and hands-on career strategy to help you break through — without burning out or compromising who you are.
