Know Your Strengths

A deep Gallup CliftonStrengths debrief and career clarity session. You'll discover what makes you exceptional — and how to use it deliberately. We define your 12-week north star and map it to your specific career goal: promotion, leadership transition, or greater influence.

POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE

Weeks 3-8 · 6-week PQ programme + 6 coaching sessions

Upgrade your Mental OS

The 6-week Positive Intelligence programme runs in parallel — 15 minutes a day — identifying and weakening the mental saboteurs that hold you back. Two coaching sessions connect the PQ framework directly to your career: which saboteurs are most active, how they show up, and how to intercept them before they cost you.

CAREER STRATEGY

Weeks 9-12 · 4 coaching sessions

Define and Execute Your Strategy

Turn clarity and mental fitness into a concrete plan — and take the actions that move the needle. You'll build a personalised 90-day acceleration plan, a promotion evidence pack or leadership narrative, and a stakeholder influence map. The final session is integration: practise your high-stakes conversations and leave ready to execute.
